📝 APEdCET-2025 Notification Summary

The Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (APEdCET-2025) will be conducted on 05 June 2025 (Thursday) for admission into B.Ed. and B.Ed. Special Education courses (Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired, and Intellectual Disability) for the academic year 2025–2026.

Eligible candidates can apply online only by paying the registration and processing fee
through the online payment gateway:

  • OC: ₹650/-
  • BC: ₹500/-
  • SC/ST/PwD: ₹450/-

📘 APEdCET-2025 Syllabus Overview

The syllabus for APEdCET-2025 is divided into the following three parts:

🔹 Part-A: General English

This section covers topics related to basic English language proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary,
sentence structure, and reading comprehension.

🔹 Part-B: General Knowledge & Teaching Aptitude
  • General Knowledge: Includes current events, history, geography, civics, economics, science, and other general awareness topics.
  • Teaching Aptitude: Focuses on the teaching-learning process, classroom management, and educational psychology.
🔹 Part-C: Subject Specialization (Candidates must choose one subject from the following)
  1. Mathematics (MS)
  2. Physical Sciences (PS) – Includes Physics and Chemistry
  3. Biological Sciences (BS) – Includes Botany and Zoology
  4. Social Studies (SS) – Includes Geography, History, Civics, and Economics
  5. English – Applicable only for candidates with Special English in B.A.
