- Account details: name, email address, phone number and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email.
- Learning activity: tests attempted, answers, scores, time taken, chapter-wise performance and reports generated for you.
- Payment information: when you buy a package, payment is processed by our payment partner. We receive the order status and transaction reference, not your card or bank credentials.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to understand site usage.
- Messages: details you send us through contact or support forms.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the tests and packages you choose.
- To evaluate your attempts and show scores, rankings and performance analytics.
- To send OTPs, receipts, exam and service notifications.
